Licensed nurses are on site around the clock, with care coordinated by our Medical Director. As needs grow, residents can stay in the home they know instead of moving. On‑site labs, x‑ray, and EKG, plus therapy through outside providers.

Dementia Support

Familiar faces and a calm daily routine for residents living with memory loss. This is for residents who are not at risk of wandering and do not need a secured memory care unit. Call us and we'll talk through whether it's the right fit.

Respite Care ($110/day)

Short‑term stays at $110/day when a family caregiver needs a break, is traveling, or is recovering. Respite guests share the same meals, activities, and 24/7 nursing as our residents. It's also a great way to try us first.

On‑site labs, x‑ray, and EKG; physical, occupational & speech therapy through providers.
Podiatry, mental health, and audiology services available.
On‑site beauty/barber; housekeeping & laundry included.
Transportation to medical appointments via Carroll County Transit; staff accompany specialty visits.
